Narrative:
While training, I mis-idented runway on radio causing aircraft #2 to enter pattern for runway 14. I was actually taking off of runway 32 and C172 was on downwind 14. After takeoff, I made left turnout as C172 began a left base to runway 14. I reported a left crosswind for runway 14, and C172 reported he saw only an aircraft on crosswind for runway 32. Aircraft were well clear of each other, but the potential was there. I had WX diverted to the airfield and was unfamiliar. Proper review of airfield diagrams and a simple compass check have been re-emphasized.

Title: AN IAR-823 PLT INADVERTENTLY ANNOUNCED THE WRONG RWY THAT HE WAS USING. THIS RESULTED IN ANOTHER ACFT TO USE THE ANNOUNCED RWY, WHICH CAUSED A POTENTIAL TFC CONFLICT.
