Narrative:

R3005 was shown inactive (cold) on sav's status information board. When an inbound aircraft was coordination with lhw tower, lhw tower advised R3005 area 'C' was active (hot) since XA30. Aircraft #1 and aircraft #2 were allowed to transit since sav did not know it was active (hot). Sav controller in charge called 'ZJX mission' which confirmed active (hot) status. Sav immediately vectored other aircraft away from R3005 area 'C' and changed the status information area to show correct status. Lhw tower works closely with R3005 range control (both united states army facilities). 'ZJX missions' has the responsibility to let all facilities know active times of R3005. R3005 range control coordinates with 'ZJX missions' on real-time basis of the restr area.
