Narrative:

During taxi for takeoff at teb, an amended clearance was offered (dalton VFR departure). As PNF, I told captain (PF) that I did not have the departure. He said 'that's ok, I'll take it.' during climb out, when contact with departure controller was made, he said 'descend immediately to 130 ft, heading 230 degrees, that's the dalton departure.' the captain complied.
