Narrative:

After gate arrival at lax, a fueler started fueling the aircraft without any doors having been opened or the jetbridge being attached. The first officer called operations and asked them to call fueling to have him stop fueling. By the time he stopped, he had pumped approximately 5000 pounds of fuel into the aircraft. I called the fueling number and asked them to pass this information along to the supervisor. I also talked to the ramp supervisor. Supplemental information from acn 592007: tried to yell out window for him to stop, but he was wearing hearing protection and could not hear. We then called operations to radio to him to stop. He stopped shortly thereafter.
