Narrative:
Was practicing use of autoplt and GS. Autoplt trimmed and went above my altitude selected. I turned off and circled west to re-establish location and avoid restr area. I mistakenly came in on the 45 degrees for, I thought oceanside okb on CTAF 123.0, announced my approach. I was #1 with other traffic behind me for runway 24, okb. I think with the autoplt running over my altitude, I got a little perplexed. I landed at camp pendleton 'nfg' -- not realizing my error till I landed. I've set up more autoplt and GPS training with a qualified CFI. I'm getting used to this new plane, and have been checked out, but am going for more training.

Narrative: WAS PRACTICING USE OF AUTOPLT AND GS. AUTOPLT TRIMMED AND WENT ABOVE MY ALT SELECTED. I TURNED OFF AND CIRCLED W TO RE-ESTABLISH LOCATION AND AVOID RESTR AREA. I MISTAKENLY CAME IN ON THE 45 DEGS FOR, I THOUGHT OCEANSIDE OKB ON CTAF 123.0, ANNOUNCED MY APCH. I WAS #1 WITH OTHER TFC BEHIND ME FOR RWY 24, OKB. I THINK WITH THE AUTOPLT RUNNING OVER MY ALT, I GOT A LITTLE PERPLEXED. I LANDED AT CAMP PENDLETON 'NFG' -- NOT REALIZING MY ERROR TILL I LANDED. I'VE SET UP MORE AUTOPLT AND GPS TRAINING WITH A QUALIFIED CFI. I'M GETTING USED TO THIS NEW PLANE, AND HAVE BEEN CHKED OUT, BUT AM GOING FOR MORE TRAINING.
