Narrative:

We were ramp checked by the FAA when we arrived in dayton, oh. When the aircraft was deplaned, the inspector entered the flight deck and asked to see our cargo and passenger paperwork (OF11-east). The inspector informed me that there was one more bag in the cargo compartment than there was listed on the OF11-east. Since the passenger had already picked up their bags I had no way of verifying if the count was accurate.
