Narrative:

FSS briefing with leesburg for intended flight from wings field, PA, to hanover county, va. Asked briefer for distance to remain clear of washington ADIZ. Briefer advised 30 mi DME off dca to remain clear. Flew flight direct with 30 DME arc of dca with 2 mi buffer. Informed on landing by customs of ADIZ incursion, and asked to call potomac approach. Contacted potomac approach and mentioned flight was flown as briefed, by leesburg FSS and that I specifically requested instructions from briefer. Briefer misinformed.
