Narrative:

We had been cleared for a GPS runway 1 approach at dlg. Between subwa and the end of runway 1 we broke out of the clouds at approximately 500 ft. I immediately spotted a cub at our 12:30 O'clock position, less than 1/4 mi in front of us. I called traffic to first officer and started a right turn to avoid contact with aircraft. I continued in a 360 degree turn in VMC and landed after the cub had cleared the runway. My first officer had made several position reports during the course of our approach which should have given everyone notice of our position. The tops were at about 3000 ft and bases at about 500 ft on the approach path.
