Narrative:

Flight was flown by a B757-200, which does not have ozone filters. Flight was not restr to maximum altitude of FL330 north of 55N and FL350 north of 50N which, if not restr or monitored, could encounter ozone concentrations above safe limits. I had looked at previously planned flts several days in advance of this flight and saw no altitude blocks. There has been discussion as to whether or not this restr is really necessary in the previous weeks. I elected not to block altitude account of previously released flts based on observation of actions of the primary line holder for this desk. I work this desk about once every month or 2. Flight landed safely.
