Narrative:

Inaccurate load sheet. Completed weight and balance and pushed back from gate. We were informed from operations that the ramp agents had more passenger bags to load on our aircraft. Shut down left engine. Received new load sheet from ramp agents indicating all bags were loaded in C1. Revised load manifest accordingly. Upon arrival in cll, I found a large amount of bags in C2. We then received a written statement from cll ramp agents verifying my findings. I feel this to be a very serious incident which could have resulted in a fatal accident. Fortunately, it did not. As captain for air carrier X, I must rely on the accurate information from others for the safety of myself, crew and passenger. This greatly upsets me and I would like a resolution that will make me feel more comfortable with our aircraft operations.
