Narrative:

Learjet was issued descent to FL190 instead of FL210. FL210 was entered into the data block. Air carrier was an emergency aircraft direct ord cutting through the middle of the sector at FL200. Learjet was supposed to stop at FL210 like I thought was issued. When it showed FL207 I asked assigned altitude. Reply was FL190. Lower was available and issued to clear up conflict.
