Narrative:

On may/mon/03, and may/tue/03, up to 11 weight and balance forms had incorrect numbers entered in the cargo spaces. Only in the cargo (boxes) spaces, actual weights were entered instead of adjusted weight unit numbers. The center of gravity was always within limits, trim was always in the green, the aircraft handled well, and autoplt never disconnected uncommanded. First officer filled out weight and balance forms, had 300 hours total time, just came from IOE with over 40 days without flying much (one air carrier X orientation flight). I, the captain, reviewed the forms before signing, and failed to identify problem, because not many zeros in last 2 cargo index numbers (had the last 2 numbers been zero, I would have detected it sooner), and center of gravity was within limits. The only 2 aircraft involved were aircraft X and aircraft Y, both crj 900's. At least 1 form had errors, possibly up to 11 forms.
