Narrative:

Crew chief notified me that during an 'a' check performed on aircraft X, there was a storage compartment missing due to a 'C' check previously accomplished, the dog house was not installed on aircraft. Apparently, they missed it. During the 'a' check that I performed, I did not notice anything unusual as far as anything missing.

Title: A B767-300 WAS RPTED TO HAVE A MISSING STORAGE CABINET THAT WAS TO BE INSTALLED ON A COMPLETED 'C' CHK. 'A' CHK JOB CARDS DID NOT LIST CABINET.

Narrative: CREW CHIEF NOTIFIED ME THAT DURING AN 'A' CHK PERFORMED ON ACFT X, THERE WAS A STORAGE COMPARTMENT MISSING DUE TO A 'C' CHK PREVIOUSLY ACCOMPLISHED, THE DOG HOUSE WAS NOT INSTALLED ON ACFT. APPARENTLY, THEY MISSED IT. DURING THE 'A' CHK THAT I PERFORMED, I DID NOT NOTICE ANYTHING UNUSUAL AS FAR AS ANYTHING MISSING.
