Narrative:

I was cleared to taxi from a central location on airport to the north end of airport. The runway in use was runway 13. My taxi route crossed runway 13 and my clearance was to my destination. I was given no hold short instruction. After crossing the active runway I realized I had no specific clearance to do so. There was no traffic and nothing has been said but I believe I should have had specific clearance to cross the active runway?

Narrative: I WAS CLRED TO TAXI FROM A CENTRAL LOCATION ON ARPT TO THE N END OF ARPT. THE RWY IN USE WAS RWY 13. MY TAXI RTE CROSSED RWY 13 AND MY CLRNC WAS TO MY DEST. I WAS GIVEN NO HOLD SHORT INSTRUCTION. AFTER XING THE ACTIVE RWY I REALIZED I HAD NO SPECIFIC CLRNC TO DO SO. THERE WAS NO TFC AND NOTHING HAS BEEN SAID BUT I BELIEVE I SHOULD HAVE HAD SPECIFIC CLRNC TO CROSS THE ACTIVE RWY?
