Narrative:

I returned from a break and was informed by #4 that a loud buzzing noise was heard by seats in 12TH row and a vibration could be felt, then a burning smell. Smoke was seen for a few seconds, but it dissipated quickly. The pilots had been informed. The flight attendants were to continue monitoring and reporting the situation. During our second service, I too could feel the strong vibration and hear the noise around row 12. I called pilots to inform them. Soon, the first officer came back to assess. The pilots thought it was air conditioning packs causing this. We were given priority landing clearance and met by fire trucks and emt vehicles. Passenger were calm during this. We and pilots kept them informed.
