Narrative:
I was traveling to ric from ilg. After departing ilg I contacted phl. Approach and told them I was GPS direct ric and could I have flight following, I was given a transponder code and flight following. Approximately 12 mins into the flight phl. Approach told me that bwi would not take the hand off, a that point I asked phl. If my present track would keep me clear of any restr areas. Their response made me feel I had no problems on that track to ric. When I was approximately 30 miles from ric, I called ric approach for a landing clearance, I was told I need to call dover approach when I landed. I did and was told that I should call bwi approach which I also did, I spoke to a gentleman who told me I may have clipped the corner of ADIZ. I told him all of the above and then he said I would be getting a letter from the FAA (FSDO office). I apologize for any problem that may have occurred.
