Narrative:

We were cleared for the olympia 4 arrival. Over oly at 17000 ft, seattle approach control cleared us to descend and maintain 12000 ft. We began the descent and turned over oly on the arrival. We got a TCASII RA at 16600 ft commanding a climb to avoid the traffic. We followed the TCASII commands, and advised approach of our climb and the RA. TCASII showed 400 ft separation from the target at closest. We never had visual contact. Approach had no contact with the conflicting traffic either. We advised approach when we were clear of the traffic, and we continued the approach normally.
