Narrative:
On an overnight post maintenance service check, I noted #2 and #3 main tires needed to be replaced. Removed both tires and must have forgotten to safety tie the hub on one of the tires. I was told another mechanic found it and corrected the problem. This was my second night working on my own plane. There was a little pressure that I am an apprentice and wanted to finish in time.

Narrative: ON AN OVERNIGHT POST MAINT SVC CHK, I NOTED #2 AND #3 MAIN TIRES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. REMOVED BOTH TIRES AND MUST HAVE FORGOTTEN TO SAFETY TIE THE HUB ON ONE OF THE TIRES. I WAS TOLD ANOTHER MECH FOUND IT AND CORRECTED THE PROB. THIS WAS MY SECOND NIGHT WORKING ON MY OWN PLANE. THERE WAS A LITTLE PRESSURE THAT I AM AN APPRENTICE AND WANTED TO FINISH IN TIME.
