Narrative:
I was taxiing out from gate to runway 17. Route of taxi was unspecified. I went on an old routing of taxiway D to taxiway a to taxiway C to taxiway H, instead of taxiway D to taxiway a to taxiway B. I crossed runway 17 on taxiway C. Runway 17 was active. There were no aircraft on approach or moving on the airport besides us. Therefore, there were no incursions. Human factors: I was in the mind set of taxiing the old way (prior to construction) and didn't pay attention to my 10-7 page. There is a lot of new construction at mht. I needed to pay better attention to my 10-7 page. Supplemental information from acn 575534: captain made an unexpected turn onto taxiway C to follow a routing he remembered from previous experience. I queried him but failed to prevent him from crossing the active runway 17. I must be more pro-active when I notice a deviation from expected operation.

Title: A B737-300 FLT CREW HAS A RWY INCURSION AS THEY TAXI ACROSS AN ACTIVE RWY AT MHT WITHOUT CLRNC.
Narrative: I WAS TAXIING OUT FROM GATE TO RWY 17. RTE OF TAXI WAS UNSPECIFIED. I WENT ON AN OLD ROUTING OF TXWY D TO TXWY A TO TXWY C TO TXWY H, INSTEAD OF TXWY D TO TXWY A TO TXWY B. I CROSSED RWY 17 ON TXWY C. RWY 17 WAS ACTIVE. THERE WERE NO ACFT ON APCH OR MOVING ON THE ARPT BESIDES US. THEREFORE, THERE WERE NO INCURSIONS. HUMAN FACTORS: I WAS IN THE MIND SET OF TAXIING THE OLD WAY (PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION) AND DIDN'T PAY ATTN TO MY 10-7 PAGE. THERE IS A LOT OF NEW CONSTRUCTION AT MHT. I NEEDED TO PAY BETTER ATTN TO MY 10-7 PAGE. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 575534: CAPT MADE AN UNEXPECTED TURN ONTO TXWY C TO FOLLOW A ROUTING HE REMEMBERED FROM PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE. I QUERIED HIM BUT FAILED TO PREVENT HIM FROM XING THE ACTIVE RWY 17. I MUST BE MORE PRO-ACTIVE WHEN I NOTICE A DEV FROM EXPECTED OP.
