Narrative:

On feb/mon/03, during our stop over in dallas, ft worth, FAA safety inspector came aboard the aircraft, idented himself, showed us his credentials, and then immediately requested to see our pilot's licenses and medical certificates. After he made his notations concerning our certificates, he asked to see if our fom and flight manuals were up to date. The copilot and I accommodated his request. Upon inspection of my fom, he noticed that I was missing page 1 of 1 (effective feb/xx/203) titled

Title: A B737-300 FLT CREW HAD THEIR DOCUMENTS CHKED BY AN FAA INSPECTOR. THE INSPECTOR FOUND A PAGE OF THE FOM MISSING.

Narrative: ON FEB/MON/03, DURING OUR STOP OVER IN DALLAS, FT WORTH, FAA SAFETY INSPECTOR CAME ABOARD THE ACFT, IDENTED HIMSELF, SHOWED US HIS CREDENTIALS, AND THEN IMMEDIATELY REQUESTED TO SEE OUR PLT'S LICENSES AND MEDICAL CERTIFICATES. AFTER HE MADE HIS NOTATIONS CONCERNING OUR CERTIFICATES, HE ASKED TO SEE IF OUR FOM AND FLT MANUALS WERE UP TO DATE. THE COPLT AND I ACCOMMODATED HIS REQUEST.
