Narrative:

Aircraft had 2 cancellations, because #2 nacelle gear doors would not close on runup. Problem found and fixed by other mechanic. I changed a hydraulic line in the nacelle that required 4 cannon plugs to be removed. I labeled them, but in the process, skydrol has deteriorated the labels. The end result was that I misread the illegible permanent labels and confused 2 of the 4 cannon plugs. This caused the gear doors not to close. Aircraft never left gate except to come back to hangar for trouble-shooting.
