Narrative:

Upon arrival at hrl, we found out it was below landing minimums. After checking WX in the surrounding area, and at our filed alternate airport, we found that mfe was the only airport that had landing minimums. Aircraft that were on approach to hrl ahead of us, missed the approach and want to mfe to land.

Title: B737 LANDED AT ARPT NOT LISTED AS ALTERNATE.

Narrative: UPON ARR AT HRL, WE FOUND OUT IT WAS BELOW LNDG MINIMUMS. AFTER CHKING WX IN THE SURROUNDING AREA, AND AT OUR FILED ALTERNATE ARPT, WE FOUND THAT MFE WAS THE ONLY ARPT THAT HAD LNDG MINIMUMS. ACFT THAT WERE ON APCH TO HRL AHEAD OF US, MISSED THE APCH AND WANT TO MFE TO LAND.
