Narrative:

On jan/tue/03, I was assigned aircraft X. The airplane had 2 write-ups to replace the stall management symbols. I replaced both symbols, did the approach check, and I then aligned the IRS and completed the form maintenance XXX-00-01. I signed off all paperwork and forgot to sign off the form XXX-00-01 and forgot to decertify to CAT IIIA status. I went home and came into work the next night and opened my paperwork notebook and saw the form XXX-00-01. I notified maintenance supervisor and told him what I had done and he notified duty control and told them what had happened.
