Narrative:

We were performing an aircraft repos flight from ftw to ewk. I was sic on the learjet model 35. After normal start, we obtained a departure clearance from ftw clearance delivery. The clearance included squawk code. We had a VFR flight plan on file. All communications worked during taxi and communications with ftw tower. We obtained takeoff clearance from ftw tower and departed. Immediately after leaving the runway, ftw tower advised us to contact regional approach/departure. I made more than 4 attempts to contact regional approach/departure, but received no response. The PIC and I (while continuing to attempt to contact departure) made attempts to troubleshoot the communications system. Finally, regional departure responded to the call and alleged that the aircraft had penetrated class B airspace. We immediately took corrective action to descend (outside the class B airspace). We advised regional departure of our altitude, and the controller said to maintain current altitude and heading. We landed at ewk and all communications system were operative. Company aircraft leaving ftw later also reported communication difficulty with approach.

Title: UNAUTH UNCOORD CLASS B PENETRATION BY A LEAR 35 FLT CREW WHEN COM DIFFICULTIES ARE ENCOUNTERED WITH D10 CTLR AT DFW, TX.

Narrative: WE WERE PERFORMING AN ACFT REPOS FLT FROM FTW TO EWK. I WAS SIC ON THE LEARJET MODEL 35. AFTER NORMAL START, WE OBTAINED A DEP CLRNC FROM FTW CLRNC DELIVERY. THE CLRNC INCLUDED SQUAWK CODE. WE HAD A VFR FLT PLAN ON FILE. ALL COMS WORKED DURING TAXI AND COMS WITH FTW TWR. WE OBTAINED TKOF CLRNC FROM FTW TWR AND DEPARTED. IMMEDIATELY AFTER LEAVING THE RWY, FTW TWR ADVISED US TO CONTACT REGIONAL APCH/DEP. I MADE MORE THAN 4 ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT REGIONAL APCH/DEP, BUT RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. THE PIC AND I (WHILE CONTINUING TO ATTEMPT TO CONTACT DEP) MADE ATTEMPTS TO TROUBLESHOOT THE COMS SYS. FINALLY, REGIONAL DEP RESPONDED TO THE CALL AND ALLEGED THAT THE ACFT HAD PENETRATED CLASS B AIRSPACE. WE IMMEDIATELY TOOK CORRECTIVE ACTION TO DSND (OUTSIDE THE CLASS B AIRSPACE). WE ADVISED REGIONAL DEP OF OUR ALT, AND THE CTLR SAID TO MAINTAIN CURRENT ALT AND HDG. WE LANDED AT EWK AND ALL COMS SYS WERE OPERATIVE. COMPANY ACFT LEAVING FTW LATER ALSO RPTED COM DIFFICULTY WITH APCH.
