Narrative:

Captain flying ILS runway 13R, autoplt coupled. WX 8 mi overcast, 10 mi visibility, light winds. At 550 ft AGL, I saw a B737 cross the approach end of the runway. No advisory from tower, other aircraft (B737) not on tower frequency. Our GS indication fell rapidly, autoplt pitched the aircraft down rapidly. 'GS, descent rate' aural warnings. Then a brief 'terrain, terrain.' captain immediately disconnected autoplt and visually established a GS and landed safely. Tower was notified of conflict on taxi in. Tower said that they had WX good enough to taxi an aircraft across the approach end. I didn't know they could do that when the ILS was the prevailing approach to the airport and an aircraft was on short final.
