Narrative:
Mistook runway 31L for taxiway F at midway airport. Ground control directed a left turn from runway 22L to taxiway F. I accidentally turned left from runway 22L onto runway 31L. When informed of this error, I made a right turn onto taxiway Y and thence onto taxiway F.
