Narrative:

Aircraft X arrived at gate at XA20 with a low power setting. Approximately 65 pct N2, right engine produced only 4 psi duct pressure and was incapable of supplying right pack or right engine anti-ice. Replaced relay K10205 with no help. We had to dispatch the aircraft using MEL 36-11-02 which required to close hp valve and disconnected high stage electrical connector capped and stowed. Instead, we closed the prsov under MEL 36-11-01. After a brief discussion and troubleshooting, we realized that we used the wrong MEL. We contacted the coordinator and aircraft was rerted from WX.
