Narrative:

Following a normal approach and landing to runway 4 in roc, aircraft was taxied clear of the end of runway to the gate. Several ground/snow removal vehicles were operating to left of aircraft so we moved to the right side of ramp. Blue taxi edge lights were clearly visible to the right. Aircraft taxied into approximately 3 ft high snow pile and became stuck. Right engine ingested snow, resulting in FOD. Contributing factors were low visibility and no notice of piled snow on an active taxiway.
