Narrative:

Aircraft #3 was a T/CRJ2/F, air carrier, passenger, IFR, in descent, controled. Aircraft #1 and #2 were nebound on J91. Aircraft #2 was approximately 2 mi in trail and overtaking aircraft #1 by approximately 50 KTS. Aircraft #3 was sebound descending to FL260. When aircraft #3 descended through FL265, he advised he was responding to a TCASII RA and climbing. At this point aircraft #3 was approximately 3 mi east of aircraft #1 and diverging rapidly. Aircraft #1 also responded to a TCASII RA and descended into aircraft #2, causing a loss of separation. Aircraft #1 had been advised of aircraft #3 and that aircraft #3 was going to level at FL260.

Narrative: ACFT #3 WAS A T/CRJ2/F, ACR, PAX, IFR, IN DSCNT, CTLED. ACFT #1 AND #2 WERE NEBOUND ON J91. ACFT #2 WAS APPROX 2 MI IN TRAIL AND OVERTAKING ACFT #1 BY APPROX 50 KTS. ACFT #3 WAS SEBOUND DSNDING TO FL260. WHEN ACFT #3 DSNDED THROUGH FL265, HE ADVISED HE WAS RESPONDING TO A TCASII RA AND CLBING. AT THIS POINT ACFT #3 WAS APPROX 3 MI E OF ACFT #1 AND DIVERGING RAPIDLY. ACFT #1 ALSO RESPONDED TO A TCASII RA AND DSNDED INTO ACFT #2, CAUSING A LOSS OF SEPARATION.
