Narrative:

On climb out of sjo, we lost all green system hydraulic fluid. Diverted to pty and landed safely. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated the cause of the loss of green pressure and quantity was a failed flexible hose on the left aileron. The reporter said a diversion was made to pty with a normal landing.

Title: AN AIRBUS 300 ON CLBOUT DIVERTED DUE TO LOSS OF GREEN HYD SYS PRESSURE AND QUANTITY. CAUSED BY A FAILED FLEXIBLE HOSE ON THE L AILERON.

Narrative: ON CLBOUT OF SJO, WE LOST ALL GREEN SYS HYD FLUID. DIVERTED TO PTY AND LANDED SAFELY. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATED THE CAUSE OF THE LOSS OF GREEN PRESSURE AND QUANTITY WAS A FAILED FLEXIBLE HOSE ON THE L AILERON. THE RPTR SAID A DIVERSION WAS MADE TO PTY WITH A NORMAL LNDG.
