Narrative:

After landing runway 9R at mia, exited at taxiway T5 to hold short of runway 12. Nose of aircraft inadvertently crossed over hold line of runway 12 at taxiway T5. Approach and runway exit plan fully discussed during approach briefing. Captain had runway 12 in sight and was stopping, but was momentarily distraction in making sure that aircraft sufficiently clear of runway 9R after exiting. Good CRM by first officer to bring to captain's attention the hold line and stop. Supplemental information from acn 565894: while performing my after landing flow, I noticed the captain approaching the hold line and appeared not to be stopping. Exercising good CRM, told him to stop, which he did. Unfortunately, our momentum carried the nose of the aircraft just over the hold line.
