Narrative:

A passenger, during boarding, decided to remove his pants and shirt and change into sweats or pajamas. I asked passenger to use the lavatory to change. He said that they were both occupied. I asked him if there was a rush and could he not wait until one was vacant. He told me I should be looking! I told him that when a passenger drops his pants on board, a lot of people are going to be looking and he should use the lavatory. He ignored me and standing in his bvd's proceeded to put his things away. He seemed to take the whole thing as to be normal and my admonishment of his behavior a big joke. This is the first class cabin, a public place. I did not find the situation amusing nor tasteful and I requested that remarks be placed in the passenger r-text so that special services would be aware of passenger behavior. Passenger needs to know that his display was improper and his lack of respect for others was evident. He also needs to know that not complying with a flight attendant request is serious.
