Narrative:
Rough running engine -- carburetor heat applied -- ran better. Quit running on final -- runway 27. Tower gave us downwind runway 9. We requested runway 27 due to rough running engine. Cleared direct runway 27. Engine quit on final. Got a restart just before touchdown at 200 ft AGL. Made the runway, taxied to parking.
