Used all of center tank fuel due to MEL'ed center tank fuel quantity indicator. Use of the correct MEL was coordinated with dispatch and maintenance, and complied with. MEL allowed for use of fuel in center tank, and fuel measuring procedures were followed. Supplemental information from acn 563178: manual fuel measuring procedures were also used.
