Narrative:
Upon auditing manual engineering service ord, I discovered a page missing from the engineering service ord. Page missing may contain a placard which requires lubrication of the gear reducer box to be changed at 4 yr/15000 hour intervals. There is nothing in writing stating lubrication to be changed. Further investigating into lubricating requirements underway. Ordered missing engineering service order page to determine if applicable. Engineering involved to determine if applicable. Eso-ipl page missing which may or may not required date/time placard to be installed on the gear reduction box.
