Narrative:
On aircraft X, I was instructed to install the left center gear aft door (note: left aft door previously removed and had been repaired, inspection pending). I had the door installed per maintenance manual 32-14-04B and inspection there to witness installation. Upon gear retraction I was informed by inspector that hydraulic fluid was leaking on the ground. Shut off hydraulic power and removed retract cylinder.

Narrative: ON ACFT X, I WAS INSTRUCTED TO INSTALL THE L CTR GEAR AFT DOOR (NOTE: L AFT DOOR PREVIOUSLY REMOVED AND HAD BEEN REPAIRED, INSPECTION PENDING). I HAD THE DOOR INSTALLED PER MAINT MANUAL 32-14-04B AND INSPECTION THERE TO WITNESS INSTALLATION. UPON GEAR RETRACTION I WAS INFORMED BY INSPECTOR THAT HYD FLUID WAS LEAKING ON THE GND.
