Narrative:
Air carrier X was getting chop and requested lower. I descended him from FL310 to FL280. Air carrier Y was at FL290. I forgot about air carrier Y. As soon as I remembered, the conflict alert went off. I climbed air carrier X back up to FL310.

Narrative: ACR X WAS GETTING CHOP AND REQUESTED LOWER. I DSNDED HIM FROM FL310 TO FL280. ACR Y WAS AT FL290. I FORGOT ABOUT ACR Y. AS SOON AS I REMEMBERED, THE CONFLICT ALERT WENT OFF. I CLBED ACR X BACK UP TO FL310.
