Narrative:
Cleared visual runway 20 at appleton (atw). Tracked VFR target on TCASII. Target crossed our final and turned head-on. We leveled off and just prior to taking evasive action, spotted other aircraft visually. Other aircraft was maneuvering to avoid our aircraft.

Narrative: CLRED VISUAL RWY 20 AT APPLETON (ATW). TRACKED VFR TARGET ON TCASII. TARGET CROSSED OUR FINAL AND TURNED HEAD-ON. WE LEVELED OFF AND JUST PRIOR TO TAKING EVASIVE ACTION, SPOTTED OTHER ACFT VISUALLY. OTHER ACFT WAS MANEUVERING TO AVOID OUR ACFT.
