Narrative:

I landed at the opa locka west airport (X46) to close the door of a baron 58 which had opened in the air. After I closed the door, we lined up the aircraft and pwred up to take off. At takeoff, the aircraft door opened again. Since we didn't get vr and the speed was below 40 KTS, I decided to abort. I retarded the throttle and started to apply the brakes. When I first applied the brakes, they were working, then suddenly I lost the brakes. Since we never were at the rotation speed and the runway end was coming, I could not try to take off. The airplane ran off the runway. Nobody was hurt. The damage was in the brakes, propeller that hit the ground, and landing gear.
