Narrative:

Departing runway 30 lgb, followed by a left turn to 180 degrees and climbing to 7000 ft, received TCASII RA at approximately 4000 ft from aircraft heading into lgb. Maintained present climb rate to avoid other aircraft as directed by TCASII. Still climbing to 7000 ft and 180 degree heading, received second RA for additional aircraft apparently level at 7000 ft headed northeast in class B airspace. TCASII commanded down, however, there were aircraft below as well as above. Did not descend. Acquired aircraft visually and maintained visual through TCASII RA. This aircraft passed about 1/2 mi or less to the right. No advisories from ATC.
