Narrative:

A passenger on the aircraft notified the flight attendant that she found a knife in her carry-on bag. She claimed to have forgotten it was in there, and that she cleared security two times in tol before boarding with the knife in her possession. The passenger surrendered the knife to the flight attendant who then turned it over to the ramp agent. The toledo port authority/police came to investigate, and it was decided to deplane the passenger, and re-screen them, perform a security check on the aircraft, and do another positive bag match on the checked bags. Once these actions were completed, the flight continued, late.
