Narrative:

Upon completing my task on the engine, my partner and I installed the engine cowls. I was on the inboard side and my partner was on the outboard side. I installed the aft and middle cowl panels, while my partner was installing the outboard panel. I assisted him in installing the forward upper panel. I feel the problem was caused from lack of communication and not doublechking each other's work.
