Narrative:

After turning on radio, heard no calls on CTAF. I radioed to back-taxi on runway 17. 1/2 way across hold short line, unicom radioed aircraft on final. I did immediate 180N degree turn and exited runway. Other aircraft went around. I radioed apologies and took full responsibility. Back-taxied and continued flight without incident.
