Narrative:

Student pilot was pushed off runway by gust of wind. He was at his endorsement maximum at another airport. To prevent this, teach students to turn around and not land if wind picks up. FAA inspector thoroughly checked student. All records were legal. Was missing cross country endorsement on medical, but had all logbook endorsements.

Narrative: STUDENT PLT WAS PUSHED OFF RWY BY GUST OF WIND. HE WAS AT HIS ENDORSEMENT MAX AT ANOTHER ARPT. TO PREVENT THIS, TEACH STUDENTS TO TURN AROUND AND NOT LAND IF WIND PICKS UP. FAA INSPECTOR THOROUGHLY CHKED STUDENT. ALL RECORDS WERE LEGAL. WAS MISSING XCOUNTRY ENDORSEMENT ON MEDICAL, BUT HAD ALL LOGBOOK ENDORSEMENTS.
