Narrative:

Displaced threshold airport markings landing. I scanned for the usual items. I read the field conditions and underneath the special advisories, runway 32 threshold temporarily displaced to 2560 ft northwest. I processed this as 2560 ft of the northwest end of runway 32 was closed. I briefed the first officer before departure of this and we departed. At sgf we were given runway 14. The first officer confirmed that 2560 ft was closed and did not mention any difference in the runway I had briefed. The first 2000 ft of runway 14 is concrete and then becomes asphalt, reinforcing my belief that the approach end of runway 14 was displaced. The outcome was a long landing on a short runway. There were a ton of other cues that I should have picked up on but didn't. I was focused on what I had originally processed on and had briefed on.

Title: E145 CREW MISREAD A RWY CLOSURE NOTAM AND HAD ONLY 2880 FT TO STOP IN.

Narrative: DISPLACED THRESHOLD ARPT MARKINGS LNDG. I SCANNED FOR THE USUAL ITEMS. I READ THE FIELD CONDITIONS AND UNDERNEATH THE SPECIAL ADVISORIES, RWY 32 THRESHOLD TEMPORARILY DISPLACED TO 2560 FT NW. I PROCESSED THIS AS 2560 FT OF THE NW END OF RWY 32 WAS CLOSED. I BRIEFED THE FO BEFORE DEP OF THIS AND WE DEPARTED. AT SGF WE WERE GIVEN RWY 14. THE FO CONFIRMED THAT 2560 FT WAS CLOSED AND DID NOT MENTION ANY DIFFERENCE IN THE RWY I HAD BRIEFED. THE FIRST 2000 FT OF RWY 14 IS CONCRETE AND THEN BECOMES ASPHALT, REINFORCING MY BELIEF THAT THE APCH END OF RWY 14 WAS DISPLACED. THE OUTCOME WAS A LONG LNDG ON A SHORT RWY. THERE WERE A TON OF OTHER CUES THAT I SHOULD HAVE PICKED UP ON BUT DIDN'T. I WAS FOCUSED ON WHAT I HAD ORIGINALLY PROCESSED ON AND HAD BRIEFED ON.
