Narrative:

Aircraft departing dal for a dallas 7 departure. Turned right heading 170 degree after departure even though he was issued runway heading. He was immediately turned back on appropriate heading and switched to regional departure. This turn has been executed by numerous aircraft over the last week. These aircraft appear to be following the departure instructions off of runway 13R at dfw. Separation was not lost in this instance, but could definitely be a problem.
