Right landing gear drag brace came loose on one side before landing (reason unknown). Scraped to 1/2 length during landing. Broke left system hydraulic line. Sparks and smoke during landing. Smoke after landing. Declared emergency as a precaution. No fire retardant applied. Towed by ramp personnel to gate after clearing runway and being cleared by contract maintenance to tow with passenger on board. Followed to gate by fire truck. No further incident after landing roll.

NO FURTHER INCIDENT AFTER LNDG ROLL.
