Narrative:

Cleared for takeoff runway 25R phx when at 80 knots first officer, making takeoff, noticed a king air (BE90) start to cross the runway in front of us at intersection F8. We immediately aborted takeoff at 80 knots and swerved to right side of runway to avoid king air who had stopped 20 ft into runway. Stopped just past king air and turned off at E8 and taxied back for another takeoff after consulting with company mx and dispatch. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: captain advised he was heads down calling out '80 KTS' when the first officer alerted him to the BE90's incursion. The captain initiated takeoff abort, turning to miss the BE90, hoping to stay on the runway. Captain indicated that the estimated distance from the BE90's nose and his aircraft's wing tip was approximately 10 ft. The captain was unable to recall if the BE90 was on the same control frequency as he. Company was notified of the incident.
