Narrative:

At approximately 95 KTS, we received a 'navigation/GPS position disagreement' on ECAM, as well as single chime on master caution. The captain performed the rejected takeoff procedure. We came to a complete stop on runway 31 at lga. We proceeded to taxi off the runway and went back to the gate to consult with maintenance. After 80 KTS, all warnings and cautions are inhibited on the airbus until 1500 ft or 2 mins -- with certain exceptions. This caution [alert] is not one of the these [exceptions] and shouldn't have come on.
