Narrative:
After landing runway 16R, cleaned runway. First officer did not switch to ground control frequency. Taxied to gate monitoring tower frequency and in the meantime crossed runway 25. Must stop the aircraft until first officer talks to ground control. It was a beautiful, clear day with light traffic. First officer was new.

Narrative: AFTER LNDG RWY 16R, CLEANED RWY. FO DID NOT SWITCH TO GND CTL FREQ. TAXIED TO GATE MONITORING TWR FREQ AND IN THE MEANTIME CROSSED RWY 25. MUST STOP THE ACFT UNTIL FO TALKS TO GND CTL. IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL, CLR DAY WITH LIGHT TFC. FO WAS NEW.
